... or what NOT to buy someone when you are on vacation. My Dad was in Florida all last week and when he got home yesterday, in the middle of our Mother’s Day celebration, he broke out the gifts that he got everyone while he was out of town. I knew it would be some type of airport type gift, but I had no idea that he would have put so much extra thought and effort into mine.
Behold, the gorgeous, faux silver, “Real Metal” skull and hatchet necklace:
Seriously, I am not kidding… that is what he bought for me. I was speechless to say the least. Are you jealous? You should be! What glorious black-tie event should I wear it to first? Oh the possibilities!

I’m not at all surprised by this gift. Not at all. And truly, I think he did put thought into it. He probably thinks you’re all about the skulls and the real metal because:
1) You listen to metal music so he probably thinks you’d think the whole “real metal” thing was cool
2) You married a guy who has some sort of skull type tattoo looking stuff on his arms, so he probably thinks you are about skulls and think this would be something you’r really love
3) You’ve bought Ashton stuff with little skulls on it. Again, he probably thinks you’re a skull fanatic
4) You’re on Team Skulz. Once again, another reason for the lovely skull gift.
Think about it. He really did put a lot of thought into this one.
Oh come on. You know you will be rockin it a the dance recital Saturday night.

It also goes well with my custom Ralph Lauren tailored silk black wizard robe and my 16 piece sacrifical knife set with crystal ball sheath I found on QVC last summer. what a bargin....
