Ashton had his surgery yesterday and I am happy to say that all went well. He had his adenoids removed and had the tubes put in his ears. Although nobody warned me about how small children act when coming out of anesthesia. It was hands down, one of the worst things I have experienced. He was screaming like I have never heard before, arching his back, kicking, banging his head. It was like this for 45 minutes (which seemed like 5 hours). They finally gave him some Tylenol with Codeine and in about 20 minutes he passed out. He slept really hard for about 3 hours and woke up more like himself.

He gets to stay home from daycare till Monday with Mommy - yeah for him!
