Okay, so Kaiden and I take a trip last night to Harris Teeters to pick up some groceries. Half way through the store, my stomach starts to hurt and I very quickly realize that I have to use the bathroom - I'm talkin, got the sweats, hair standing up on your arms have to use the bathroom! It was so bad that I actually started planning the "shit your pants escape route" in my head. So Kaiden and I head for the bathroom, which just so happens to be right next to the Customer Service Counter in front of all the registers.
So, I leave the cart at the door, grab my purse and my daughter and head inside the restroom to take care of business. My daughter doesn't say a word the entire time we are in the bathroom. Upon exiting, she proceeds to say (loudly):
"Mom, do you feel better? Does your stomach feel better because you had to poop so bad? Do you have to poop some more, or are you done?"
At this point, all cashiers are looking at me smiling, along with everyone in line and all the nice Customer Service Representatives.
I turned bright red and exited the store leaving the cart at the restrooms!
Maybe I should have bought some of these:
I love my kids...I love my kids...I love my kids...
Ha ha! I remember when my daughter was in Kindergarten, her teacher told me that at that age, they tell "everything"! That families with 5 year old's have no secrets.
She gave me a strange look as she said it.
I still don't know what she was referring to. It could've been so many things ;)
