This is my buddy Ferdinand. He sits next to my front door every single night, and has done so all summer long. He has never minded a family of four coming and going, a dog and a cat glaring at him through the door and he has even joined Nadine and I for some beers on the porch...moving to sit right by our feet. Occasionally he sneaks in the house and I have to shoo him back out. He's basically family now. He's a funny little guy.
