I never thought I would be happy to see some rain… but this morning I was. The pollen has been SO BAD for the last couple days - it’s been gross. I went running last night and it was hard to breath and every time I opened my mouth I could just feel little pollen particles getting inside. But it finally rained this morning and my car wasn’t yellow and I could actually breathe. My neighbor across the street has been walking around the neighborhood with a medical mask on her face for the last couple days - like there is a SARS outbreak, instead of just pollen. It makes me chuckle. It shouldn’t… but it does.
