I was driving back to my office today from a jobsite that was about 45 minutes away and noticed one of those HUGE billboards on the side of the interstate with the above picture on it. I cannot believe that the state of Virginia is actually putting these billboards up. Apparently it is part of a big new campaign that they are running. Good lord, what is next?
