Ashton has to bring a leprechaun trap to school tomorrow for St. Patrick’s Day. Since I took care of the dolphin project with Kaiden, Todd had leprechaun trap duty. Above is what he came up with. After researching, sketching it out, making a material list, taking a trip to Home Depot with Ashton and spending two evenings assembling and painting - this is the finished product, which I now have to lug into the school. When the leprechaun moves the little tray of gold, it trips the twine and drops the golden bowl down to trap him!!!  Works like a charm… a lucky charm that is!
