This Summer Is Killing Me!

I am trying like hell to make sure my kids have an awesome summer, since I have to work all the time…but I think it is going to end up killing me. I AM EXHAUSTED!!! It would be so awesome if “going to the pool” = “laying out in the sun, with an occasional dip to cool off” - but it does not, it means me in the pool with the kids the whole time, dragging them around, throwing them around and catching them when they jump in. I am pooped!!!

But the kids are having a blast! And that is what matters!

Next Saturday we're doing pool. Sunday is the bay. Call in sick one day this week...it's going to be in the high 90s all week.
