This morning while I was in the kitchen washing breakfast dishes, Ashton was looking at the calendar on the wall, where I have “TAXES DUE” written in on April 15th and he says the following to me:

ASHTON: Mom, taxes are due on the 15th, did you know that?

ME: Yup buddy, I knew that, but thanks for lookin’ out!

ASHTON: Well I hope you don’t plan on doing any taxation without some representation.

ME: I would never even consider it son!  *chuckling and shaking my head*

ASHTON: WHAT?  What’s so funny mom?  Didn’t you know there is NO TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION!!!

I love him.  I love him.  A thousand times, I love him.

My Co-Workers Are Great

My co-workers do a REALLY good job of making me laugh ALL THE TIME.  Today was no exception… I received an email from my co-worker Rome earlier today.  It was sent to me, copied to a couple of my other co-workers and had the subject “tighten up bitch or this will happen to you!!!!!!”  It also had a picture in the message portion.  Now, only click the link below to see the picture if you are not squeamish in the least bit!!!

Well you made it.  I guess you are now wondering what part of this was funny and made me laugh.  Well it was the follow up email from my co-worker Jeff that was immediately sent back to all of us and simply stated “Looks like sandal weather somewhere!!!” - THAT… THAT got me laughing uncontrollably!!!  Holy hell… I am SICK, and so are my friends and co-workers!
