Testing Flickr Moblogging-Hubby pumping me gas.

1. That I would not marry the person I was dating in high school.
2. I would have spent more time enjoying me and being young, instead of No. 1.
3. I wish that I had understood credit better and the repercussions later down the road.
4. That my mom would become my friend again.
5. That a good resume means everything.
6. That saving money and budgeting finances would be an endless chore.
7. That parenting was a full time job.
8. I wish I knew the toll that smoking and other activities would take on me.
9. I wish I knew housework and laundry would become my life FOREVER.
10. I wish I had known that Nadine would be hangin around this long - Just Kidding!

This is a very touchy subject, but I feel that I need to mention it for journaling purposes, if nothing else.  I have very mixed feelings about today?s verdict.  I totally understand that the jurors did not feel that the prosecution could prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that Jackson was guilty.  But part of me can’t help but feel that another celebrity got away because of who he is.  I agree that the main witness was not credible, but what about the fact that this is the 2nd time he has been accused, or how many he has paid off in the past to keep quiet or all the abnormal behavior?

As a mom, I am upset that there could possibly be a 3rd accusation and that we could be responsible for that.  What now?  He goes home and becomes a recluse with his children, who now have to suffer with him?  I was really frustrated with the jury?s decision.  I guess in a way, he is being punished, but I think there should have been some consequences for his behavior.  He was close to broke before this, and he certainly will be broke after the legal fees are paid.  He will also never have much of a career again, not to mention, the doubt that lingers in the air about what really happens behind closed doors at Neverland.

Oh well, I guess what I am the most upset about is the fact that I am never going to get to see the pictures of him in jail with no make-up, hair or nose.
