They are calling for 2 to 4 inches of snow here between tonight and tomorrow.  I will believe it when I see it.  They always say snow and it never sticks.  So we will see.  I am sure that if it does, it will be 75 degrees the next day, melting all the snow and giving me a serious sinus headache - because that is how Virginia Beach rolls.

I got a lot done today.  I got a lot of stuff packed up for the move.  I cleaned the house.  Gave Ashton a haircut.  Drove out to Norfolk and back.  Went grocery shopping with two kids in tow (in the rain).  Got all the laundry done.  Fed my children, not one, not two - but ALL three of the recommended meals for the day AND let them bake cookies.  Oh yeah and I bathed them.  Now?  I am tired.  I am beyond tired, I am exhausted.  I watched some football and wish that the Eagles had won and I am trying to stay awake to see if the Steelers can keep their lead and win - for Todd’s sake, I hope they do.  I am going to lay down now - I guess I can add “posted to my blog” onto my list now too.

So, what’s going on… well, my parents flew out to California today for my Uncle John’s funeral.  I cannot afford to go, or I would have gone too.  I am upset that I cannot be there for his funeral.  I am glad tomorrow is Friday though.  This week has seemed really long.  Kaiden got caught lying this week, so she is grounded for the week.  No T.V., no dessert and no roller skating birthday party on Saturday.  She has been an absolute joy to be around.  I am not sure who is punished more when a kid is grounded… the kid or the parent.  The whole thing exhausts me.  Oh well… I am off to bed.

Water/Sewage Ordered - Have to wait till the end of this month.

Moving date is set - Saturday, February 14th.  Happy Valentine’s Day to us.  I meet the movers at my storage unit at 8am sharp.  I took off the following Monday and Tuesday from work to make sure that I am all moved in, unpacked, pictures hung, etc.  I don’t want to be trying to get stuff done in the evenings while I have to get homework and bath time done with the kids - I want it all done as quickly as possible.  I am anal like that.

I am excited.

This whole not having internet at home thing gets me to bed earlier… who knew.
