Holy Crap - I am totally sucking with my blog posting lately. It’s ten till midnight and I am just now sitting to post - which does not lend itself to interesting content. The sad thing is that I did not do shit tonight. I spent like two hours on the phone with Sprint for the second time this week. Part of my budget revisions was to go through everything and cut down wherever I could, so I had called Sprint to see if there was a better plan for me, which there was and it will save me $40 a month. When I went into my account tonight, the changes weren’t there, so I had to call again and go through the whole process again, because the first dipshit I talked to did nothing. It was REAL hard to not get frustrated. And that was my super dooper exciting Friday night. Such is life.

My plan for today was to write this great post about the adventure that Dena and I had this past Saturday, but it got late too quick, and I just don’t have the freakin energy now to give that post the justice it deserves, so it will have to wait until tomorrow. Plus it was such a damn depressing day today. It rained ALL DAY LONG - not drizzling, pouring down, cold-ass rain. It was gross. So I am going to bed, and I will post about Saturday tomorrow.

The other morning as I was walking into 7-11 to get my morning coffee, a guy in his mid to late twenties walked in right before me, slamming the door right in my face.  It was SO close to hitting me in the face, that I could not help but sigh loudly and shake my head as I opened the door and walked in behind him.  He heard me sigh and seriously turned around and said “Equal Rights, right?” - I was so completely shocked that I did not even know how to respond.

It was not equal rights, it was more like - your sorry ass was raised with ZERO manners.  BIG DIFFERENCE!!!

Today I spent the majority of the day budgeting my money.  I will be the first person to admit that I suck when it comes to money, especially in the area of saving money.  Lately I have gotten into a habit of paying stuff late and that shit needed to stop…like NOW.  It is not that there is no money to pay the bills, because there is, I just somehow got turned around so that there were surpluses of money when there should not have been and then I was short at times I really needed to NOT be short - does that all make sense?  After spending most of my day going through ALL my finances and making my mom sit and do it with me so that a second pair of eyes was seeing what I was seeing, I think I have it all fixed so that I am back on track and on track with a plan, a WAY better plan than I had before today.

I am going to have a couple weeks that I am basically broke - well not broke, I have groceries, gas, and all that great stuff covered, but no extra - then I am back in the black and all my stuff will be getting paid - on time.  I will be back on track with paying the debt down again after Christmas within the next two weeks and will be saving for Vegas.  I did watch some football today also, but mostly I spent my time getting all the money straight - and I feel so much better now that I got it all planned out for the next quarter!
