MY ANSWER:
Ooooh, tough one, cause I am all about exciting fun stuff to do. I would see if I could merge the two. Feel out my friend to see if she would want to do the fun thing with me in lieu of our scheduled plans and if not - well then I keep my original plans with my friend, because my friends mean the world to me, and I try not to piss them off, I may not always succeed, but I try!
