Well, after seeing how fabulous my friend Marci and her sister both looked at Marci’s wedding last night and chatting with them a little bit about how they lost the weight, I decided to join Jenny Craig.  They both raved about how great the program was and said that the food was delicious, so I am going to give it a whirl.  I will continue my morning workouts, and also follow Jenny Craig.

I went in tonight at 7:00, got all weighed in, went over the program and walked out with all my food for the week.  We’ll see how it goes!
