Okay - I have scheduled an appointment to get my hair done!  This is a rarety!  My hair is now touching my ass.  I have not gotten it cut in about 4 months.  I can barely find time to pee between kids and work.  So, tomorrow morning, I am going to get about 4 inches cut off.  I am getting long layers cut in and I am getting hi-lights.  This will be a 1st - I have VIRGIN hair.  My hair is blond anyways and has been my whole life, but lately it has seemed kind of dull, so they are going to bring it back to life with some “chunky” blonder hi-lights.

I am also getting a pedicure - cause I am overdue.  This hair/nail combo appointment will probably cost me $300.00 at Chez Madeleine (sounds expensive, doesn’t it?).  But if my hair and nails look good, than I can probably stand on the corner outside the salon and earn it back pretty quickly (HA)!

I just polished off the rest of the left-over pasta salad that you made for the big Memorial Day extravaganza at my house.  It sure was delicious!  I do believe that you have just signed up to be the pasta salad bringer for all future events!

Now I am heading for the cookies that you left behind.  Thanks guys for saving me from cooking tonight.

So, while perusing the aisles of the drug store last night, I stumbled across some Coppertone Sunless Tanning Lotion and thought what the hell, I will give it a try.  I have never tried this stuff before (sunless tanning product).  So when I got home, I put it on.  It didn’t look different from any other lotion, and the bottle stated that this was a new product that gave an even tan - so I lubed up!

Well, this morning when I got to work, I looked down at my hands and noticed that my fingernails and the skin in between my fingers were dark - very, very dark.  It looks disgusting!

Apparently you are supposed to wash your hands real good after applying.  Maybe next time I’ll read ALL the directions - or maybe I will just lay out.
