Today is tax day, but it is also my Aunt Kristin’s birthday - she is 25, right Kristin?  She is my favorite Aunt and she happens to be the godmother of my two children.  My mom is one of eight children and Kristin is the youngest, so growing up she always felt more like an older cousin than my Aunt - she was not that much older than me.  Just wanted to post and say Happy Birthday!  We love you and we miss you!!!  Your gift is on the way.. it is late, but it is on the way… we DO have that family trait in common!

I wish something exciting had happened today that I could post about… but alas, nothing.  Peggy did send me an awesome link to a new wonderful scent for men - Vulva - make sure you are not at work or around kids when you click on that link.  Basically it is vagina scent for men.  WTF?  Who wants to walk around smelling like a big ol’ vagina?  I am going to get some as stocking stuffers for people next Christmas… I just hate to spend money on something I could probably make myself… ya know?  :D

I did do thirty minutes on my elliptical and walked three miles, so that was productive.  Other than that… pretty boring day.  How about you?  Anything funny and exciting?

I am getting ready to go to bed, but I have to get my post in.  I had a very “Misty” weekend this weekend.  After taking Ashton to go see Grave Digger, I had an appointment to get my piggy toes and my fingernails done - which was nice and relaxing.  Today I went over to Nadine’s house and got my hair done.  I got about 3 to 3.5 inches cut off and got layers cut into it.  She also did some small hi-lights on top to brighten it up for summer… very exciting stuff, I know.  And that’s all I got tonight.

There is nothing better in this world then getting a phone call on your cell phone in the evening from a number that you do not recognize and when you answer, you hear the following:

Hey girl, I know you from the 7-11, with your long blonde hair and your big-ass titties and your capri pants.  And I know you love getting down with the Hairy Buffalo.

Now I will admit that for about 2.5 seconds I was wondering who in the HELL would have my number and recognize me from 7-11, but that last sentence is when I knew exactly who was behind the phone call, well that and the fact that after I heard that sentence I could hear Dena and her husband Adam dying laughing in the background.  Sometimes on Thursday nights, they go out for cocktails and sometimes they get people in the bar to call me.  I choose to have these people as friends…
